We can only confirm your registration once the entry fee has been received! Please pay attention to the registration periods and the corresponding entry fees! We can only accept payment for a given registration period if the fee is received no later than the deadline date.

The deadline for paying the pre-registration fee is midnight on 03.06.2026; pre-registrations will be closed on 03.06.2026. After that, payment is only possible on-site, so please do not transfer any entry fees after this date!

Register with a technical jersey!

For pre-registrations received by 31.03.2026 for the Crosskovácsi marathon only, we can provide a technical jersey featuring the Crosskovácsi logo for 3,500 HUF.

For next year's Crosskovácsi technical jersey, we have chosen the Bellmore T-tech elastic material jersey from the 2026 Fundango summer collection, featuring new Crosskovácsi design elements. The jersey's material was developed specifically for sports use. Its flexible, highly breathable and quick-drying fabric ensures freedom of movement and excellent ventilation in all conditions during exercise.

Composition: 92% Polyester - 8% Spandex. Features: quick-drying, breathable, elastic.

XLC Gift

The first 300 pre-registered participants* (long, medium and short distance) of the Crosskovácsi Marathon can choose from 300 XLC cycling gifts this year, which can be collected at the Crosskovácsi Shop at the race venue on the day of the Crosskovácsi Marathon, 13 June 2026. Don't forget to bring your race number to prove your registration. 50 pieces of each product are available.

Premium registration

With the Premium registration, we want to target those competitors who wish to enjoy a higher quality of service.

Premium registration is available for the short, medium and long distances.

Your Premium registration includes the following package:

1. Race entry in your chosen category

2. Start pack containing:

• Race number
• 2026 Crosskovácsi technical jersey
• Parking card for the car park located directly in the castle grounds
• Food and drink voucher, redeemable at the race's hot food buffet for a meal and drink of your choice
• Isotonic drink powder for 1 litre of liquid
• Energy bar

How to register for Premium?

The Premium registration process is the same as for standard registration. On sportnaptar.hu, select the category you wish to compete in, and then add the premium package to your registration.

Invoicing

For pre-registrations, invoices are issued automatically upon processing after the entry fee has been received.

On-site registration

On-site registration is also available at Crosskovácsi. We offer this option in the hobby categories so that you can decide at the last moment – depending on your schedule or the weather – whether to take part.

Please note, however, that licensed competitors wishing to compete in the National Championship may only enter via pre-registration or on-site registration at the race headquarters between 16:00 and 19:00 on 13 June 2026.

Registration for the National Championship is not possible on the day of the race, in accordance with Article 4.5.2 of the MKSZ MTB Race Regulations.

Of course, it is possible to register and race on Saturday in all distances of the Crosskovácsi, but only licensed competitors who pre-registered or registered on-site before race day will count towards the National Championship results.

If a non-licensed competitor or someone who registered on-site on race day finishes in the top three in an NC category, a separate podium ceremony will be held for the Crosskovácsi and NC winners in that category.

On-site registration times

• Friday, 12 June 2026 – the day before the race, from 16:00 to 19:00.
• Saturday, 13 June 2026 – race day, from 07:30. Registration for each distance closes 20 minutes before its start.

On-site registration – mini distance family categories (6 km)

• U9, U11, U13 – 7,000 HUF / 2 persons, each additional person + 2,000 HUF

On-site registration – mini distance children's categories (6 km)

• U9, U11, U13, U15, U17 – 5,000 HUF

On-site registration – mini distance adult categories (15.1 km)

• Male, female – 10,000 HUF

On-site registration – short distance (30 km), medium distance (50 km), e-bike (50 km), long distance (70 km) categories

• On-site registration fee: 14,000 HUF.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the discounted jersey for on-site registrations.

Changed your mind?

If you have pre-registered and later decide you would like to compete in a different category, the transfer fee is 4,500 HUF.

If you have pre-registered and find out you cannot participate in the race, you may request a refund of your entry fee until 01.05.2026.

Due to the costs of race organisation, entry fees for withdrawals notified from 02.05.2026 onwards cannot be refunded.

Privacy notice

Crosskovácsi collects and processes personal data for the purpose of organising the race.

The processing of personal data begins when the race announcement is published and continues until the race is completed.

The legal basis for data processing is the competitor's voluntary registration to participate in the race.

The purpose of data processing is to place the applicant in the appropriate category based on their personal data and to ensure their participation in the race.

Data processing is confidential; access to the data during processing is granted only to authorised data processors.

Data is stored with appropriate protection and fully restricted access.

During the organisation and running of the race, we do not share or transfer the personal data we hold to any third party.

Within 10 days after the race, the stored personal data will be deleted. After this, competitors' names will appear only in the race results.

Photographs taken at the race will be displayed exclusively on the www.crosskovacsi.hu website and its Facebook page.

Every competitor, by registering, gives their consent to the processing of their personal data. If any request or question arises regarding the handling of your personal data or photographs, please notify us as soon as possible — either in person on race day, or via email at marathon@crosskovacsi.hu, bikeschool@crosskovacsi.hu or terepfutas@crosskovacsi.hu.
